Gift card use terms:

• Only an individual can buy a gift card. Any person who presents the gift card can use it.
• Gift cards can be summarized.
• When buying a gift card, you must pay 100% of its value.
• The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash, returned or renewed. Upon expiration, it becomes invalid.
• If you lose your gift card, you can recover it by contacting us.
• The gift card can be used only while direct booking on the Hotel official website.
• If the cost of services is lower than the value of the gift card, the remaining money can be used for additional services or left on a deposit at the Hotel. If the cost is higher than the value of the gift card, you need to pay the required amount to the final cost of the service.
• You can use the gift card if there are vacant rooms for the required dates. In this case, the day of departure must be no later than the expiration date of the certificate.
• When booking a room on the Hotel website, write in the comments to the booking: "Please set off a valid gift card No. < gift card number> upon check-in.".
• When checking in, show the gift card to the receptionist in a printed or electronic form.
